FREE RETURNS
For all UK customers, delivery is FREE of charge and we will aim to send out all orders the next working day if orders are placed before 4pm. All orders placed after 4pm will be sent out the following working day, excluding Saturday and Sunday by Royal Mail. Orders will be sent by Royal Mail 48 Tracked delivery.
We cannot guarantee weekend delivery.
For delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and the Isles, please allow 2-3 working days.
For all international deliveries please allow 7-10 working days for your parcel to arrive.
We aim to get all of your orders out as soon as possible however this can sometimes vary depending on the current volume of orders we are experiencing.

At Maddison Avenue, we understand that sometimes products will need to be returned. If you wish to return an item(s), you have 28 days from the date of receiving your order.
The item(s) must be returned in the original packaging with all tags and hygiene stickers intact.

Please note that we cannot accept your return if there is any sign of use or wear of the product, or if original tags and hygiene stickers have been removed.
If you would like to return your order, please complete the returns form enclosed with your item(s).
Please allow 1 – 3 working days to process a refund and your refund will be issued using your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges. If you would like the item(s) in a different size and/or colour, you will need to place a new order and follow the returns instructions for a refund of your original order.

Unfortunately, mistakes can happen. If you receive a faulty or wrong item, please return the item(s) back to us and we will be happy to send a replacement or refund you.
